ON
THE AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 133/PMK.010/2005 ON THE CHANGE IN CLASSIFICATIONS AND RE-STIPULATION OF TARIFFS OF IMPORT DUTY ON CERTAIN IMPORTED PRODUCTS
MINISTER OF FINANCE,
Considering :
- a. that based on Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 133/PMK.010/2005 on the Change in Classification and Re-stipulation of Tariffs of Import Duty on Certain Imported Goods, the change in classifications and re-stipulation of tariffs of import duty on certain imported products as part of the program for harmonizing tariffs of import duty has-been stipulated;
- b. that based on evaluation of the program for harmonizing tariffs of import duty, imposition of tariffs of import duty on several imported products needs adjustment;
- c. that based on the considerations as meant in letters a and b, it is necessary to stipulate a regulation of the Minister of Finance on the Amendment to Decree of the Minister Finance No. 133/PMK.010/2005 on the Change in Classifications and Re-stipulation of Tariffs of Import Duty on Certain Imported Products;
In view of :
- 1. Law No. 7/1994 on Ratification of Agreement Establishing The World Trade Organization;
- 2. Law No. 10/1995 on Customs Affairs;
- 3. Presidential Decree No. 20/P/2005;
- 4. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 545/KMK.01/2003 on Stipulation of Classification Systems of Imported Goods;
- 5. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 547/KMK.01/2003 on Stipulation of Tariffs of Import Duty on Imported Goods;
- 6. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 133/PMK.010/2005 on the Change in Classifications and Re-stipulation of Tariffs of Import Duty on Certain Imported Products;
DECIDES:
To stipulate :
THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 133/PMK.010/2005 CONCERNING THE CHANGE IN CLASSIFICATIONS AND RE-STIPULATION OF TARIFFS OF IMPORT DUTY ON CERTAIN IMPORTED PRODUCTS.
Article I
1. The Attachment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 133/PMK.010/2005 in Serial No. 2815, 2823 and 2839, stipulation of tariffs of import duty as contained in column 4 is amended so as to become as follows:

2. The change as meant in point 1 applies fully to the import of goods whose Import Declaration (PIB) secured Registration No.from Customs and Excise Services Offices overseeing the importing ports as from the date of enforcement of this regulation.
Article II
The regulation comes into force as from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, the regulation shall be published by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
